Bookings and Booking Conditions - Please read them carefully
The Contract
The terms and conditions set out in these Booking Conditions together with the confirmation Invoice forms a contract between you (person named on the Invoice) and training-hunting-dog.com. Please note that the person booking the event must be over 18 years of age. However please also note that a contract does not exist between us until the deposit has been received by us.
You should read and ensure you fully understand them (raising any queries you may have with us) before asking us to confirm your booking. By asking us to confirm your booking, you are liable to be regarded as having had the opportunity to have read and understood our Booking Conditions, and to have actually done so before a contract between us came into existence.
Payments
Payment will be made through Clickbank and if you require our bank details then please ask. We accept all cheques or direct payment into our bank account but remember this takes time to set up.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking you must advise us providing us with at least 24 hours notice.
Force Majeure
"Force majeure" means any event, which we the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. When a major road/motorway is closed, we cannot accept blame for being late but we will always stay additional hours, to make up for lost time.
